How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your image

PNG, JPG, or transparent logos all welcome. Files load locally in your browser — nothing is sent to a service.

  2. 2

    Auto-separate colors

The studio detects each color region, snaps it to an Isacord thread, and lets you merge or remap before stitches are generated.

  3. 3

    Set hoop size and density

Pick a width in inches or mm. Stitch density, underlay, and pull comp scale automatically to keep the design clean.

  4. 4

    Preview the realistic simulator

Watch the design sew in the exact order your machine will run it. Catch jump-stitch and density problems early.

  5. 5

    Export your embroidery file

One click writes a Tajima-spec DST that runs on every commercial machine. PES export is available in beta.

Why it works

Any common image format

PNG, JPG, transparent logos, scanned artwork — the studio reads them all and turns them into stitches.

Production-ready DST

Color stops, trims, and stitch order ready for Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, SWF, Brother PR, and similar.

Browser-based, private

Works on macOS, Windows, ChromeOS. No install, no upload to a digitizer.

Real thread references

Every color region maps to a nearest-match Isacord number, so production starts with real thread codes.

Frequently asked questions

Which embroidery file formats do you export?+
DST is production-ready and supported on every commercial multi-needle machine. PES export is in beta — test a swatch first or convert the DST in free Ink/Stitch for other formats like JEF or EXP.
What image types work best?+
Flat-color logos in PNG with transparent backgrounds give the cleanest results. JPG works too — the studio cleans up compression artifacts during color separation.
Do I need digitizing experience?+
No. Auto color separation and stitch generation are designed for people without a digitizing background. The simulator shows exactly how the design will sew so you can adjust before stitching.
Will it work with my machine?+
Any commercial machine that accepts Tajima DST. We test heavily on Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, SWF, Brother PR, and the QH-XC1201.
Can I edit colors and stitch order?+
Yes. Merge or remap any color to a different Isacord thread, reorder color stops, and re-export anytime.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. 3-day free trial of the full studio, including DST export. No credit card to start.
