How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your logo file

PNG, JPG, or transparent artwork. Files stay local — nothing is sent to an outsourced digitizer.

  2. 2

    Auto color separation

The studio isolates each color in your brand mark and snaps it to an Isacord thread reference, so your colors stay on-brand.

  3. 3

    Pick the embroidery size

Left chest, jacket back, hat front, sleeve — set the width and the studio rescales stitch density, underlay, and pull compensation to suit.

  4. 4

    Review the stitch simulator

See satin columns, fills, and jumps in the order they will sew. Tighten the stitch path before you put thread on the machine.

  5. 5

    Export and stitch

One click writes a Tajima DST ready for your multi-needle machine. Save the project to revisit anytime.

Why it works

Stop paying digitizer fees

A typical logo digitizing job costs $20–$80 and takes 24–72 hours. Do it yourself in your browser in minutes.

Brand-accurate threads

Every region maps to a nearest-match Isacord thread, so the embroidery matches the logo your brand approved.

Sized for any placement

Left chest, hat, jacket back, sleeve — rescale once and the studio re-tunes density and underlay.

Production-ready DST

Runs on Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, SWF, Brother PR, QH-XC1201, and any machine that accepts Tajima format.

Frequently asked questions

Is this real digitizing or just auto-stitch?+
Both. Auto separation and stitch generation handle the bulk of the work. You then review and edit color stops, stitch order, density, and the path in the simulator — the same controls a manual digitizer would adjust.
How small can I digitize a logo?+
Most logos work well down to about 2.5 inches wide. Below that, fine text and detail will need to be simplified — the studio flags regions that are too small for clean stitches.
Will the embroidery match my brand colors?+
Each color region maps to the nearest Isacord thread number. You can also manually remap any region to a specific Isacord reference your shop carries.
What machines does the output work on?+
DST is the industry-standard format and runs on every commercial multi-needle machine: Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, SWF, Brother PR, QH-XC1201, and similar.
Do I need to know how to digitize?+
No. The studio is designed for shop owners and apparel businesses, not digitizers. The simulator shows you exactly how the design will sew before you commit.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. 3 days of the full studio including DST export. No credit card to start.
